  • You will receive a confirmation message/email once your order has been shipped.

2. Shipping Within Pakistan

We deliver perfumes all across Pakistan through trusted courier partners.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Standard Delivery: 2–5 business days

  • Remote or rural areas may take slightly longer.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges may vary based on your location and order size.

  • Any applicable delivery fees will be shown at checkout.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery across most cities in Pakistan.
Please ensure your phone number is active, as the courier may contact you for delivery confirmation.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive:

  • A tracking number

  • Courier name

  • URL or instructions to track your package

If you face issues tracking your order, contact us.

5. Wrong Address or Failed Delivery

Please provide accurate address details.
Dkola Official is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by incomplete/incorrect addresses

  • Failed deliveries due to the customer not being available

If a package is returned to us, the customer may need to pay additional shipping fees for re-delivery.

6. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or items are missing:

  • Inform us within 24 hours of delivery

  • Provide unboxing photos or videos as proof
    We will review the case and offer a replacement or appropriate solution.
